ENAIP Veneto together with Regione Veneto have finally started the 1st Round of the IN SITU Training & Mentoring Program. The users reached are mostly women over 50, willing to find a new job or to develop their own entrepreneurial project. After a first presentation meeting held on 28 October 2020, on November 9th we started the training. During these first meetings users not only had the opportunity to know each other and share their stories and goals, but they started to get familiar with the concept of Design Thinking and the genesis of a Business idea!
